TUMMY TOX STORE POLICIES

1. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
We offer local delivery and nationwide shipping (where available) via refrigerated shipping partners to ensure product freshness.
You will receive tracking info via email once your order has shipped.
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

2. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our juices, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@tummytox.com with photos and your order number.
We will review your issue and provide a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that window, cancellations are no longer guaranteed due to our made-to-order process.

4. Pickup & Delivery Policy

Local pickup is available at designated locations (details provided at checkout).
If you choose delivery, someone must be available to receive the order during the estimated window.
If no one is available to receive it, we are not responsible for spoilage or theft.

5. Juice Shelf Life

Our juices are cold-pressed fresh and should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.
Best consumed within 5–7 days of receipt for maximum freshness and benefit.
Do not freeze or leave unrefrigerated.
